Where do you ship from?
To better serve our customers, we have our own warehouse in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Japan also setting up factories and warehouses in Asia. The selection of the specific warehouse for shipping will be based on factors such as inventory availability and the customer's delivery address.
How will my order be shipped?
After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order details and shipping information.
Shipping & Delivery Time
We will process your order within 24 hours after order confirmation. Orders placed on non-business days typically ship within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days, depending on the delivery address. Kindly be aware that holiday periods and promotional events may result in extended order processing times.
Free Shipping
We provide free shipping on orders placed on the Ausic website.
Do you ship to other countries?
We currently ship to the US, UK, Japan, and most European countries. You can enter your address at checkout to see if delivery is possible. You can also contact us by email or visit the Amazon store to order.
Correction Address or Info
If you need to change the shipping address for a confirmed order, please contact our customer service team at your earliest convenience. If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Order Changes and Cancellations
Please contact ausic_service@163.com to modify or cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the order has been processed and shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

During normal business days, orders are typically processed within 24 hours of confirmation. During holidays and promotions, additional processing time may be required.
