Shipping

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, and most European countries.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we provide free shipping on orders placed on the Ausic website.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days, depending on the destination. Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays or promotional events.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number. You can use the provided link to track your package.

Orders & Returns

Is there a warranty on my product?

Yes, Ausic products come with a one-year warranty. If a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship is found within this period, Ausic will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the product free of charge with the same or a comparable model. Any replaced products or parts become the property of Ausic and will not be returned to you. If service is required after the warranty expires, you will be responsible for all labor and parts costs. The warranty becomes void if the product is sold or transferred.

What is your return policy?

We offer a "30-day return policy" for any reason. You may request a return and receive a full refund within "30 days of receiving your item". To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

How can I cancel my order or change the color?

If you wish to change the color or cancel your order, please email us at ausic_service@163.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, if your package has already been dispatched, we will be unable to deal with your requests.
